It is my pleasure to write about our experience with Myles Thomason and his company, Destiny Pools.

Myles built our pool in July of 2004. In each stage of the project, he explained exactly what he was doing and demonstrated superior product knowledge. He kept a clean work site and had a great determination to finish our pool in the time he had promised. During this period, I had a chance to interact wth Myles and watch him interact with other workers. He was always courteous and friendly while remaining positive and insistent on high quality workmanship.

As novice pool owners, we've had lots of questions during the months following our pool completion. Each time I call, he has made himself available and continues to work closeley with us while we are in our learning curve. I find that he has gone over and above any expectations we had when we hired Myles to build our pool.

Mr. Myles Thomason,

I wanted to write you this letter to let you know what a great job you and your workers have done. Most businesses get letters from upset customers, so I feel you need to know what a pleasure it was working with a professional in your field. A pool is a major purchase, and one would think that if a person calls a company about such a purchase they would jump on the opportunity to obtain the business. This is not the case. I called a couple of companies and they were not very friendly and did not try to set up an appointment with me. When I called your company you were able to meet me the next day, and you took the time to find out my ideas on what type pool I wanted. You listen to your customers and then give your professional advice. For any business to be successful, listening to your customer is essential; and you exceeded my expectation in every area of the project. You also kept me informed on all aspects of the construction and the time frames of each stage.

I cannot express my satisfaction with you and your company enough. I will tell everyone what a great job you have done, and your customer service is outstanding. If any of your future customers would like to talk to me about my great experience or see my beautiful pool, please have them call or come by.
